Joint aid projects will eventually be handed over to local supervisors after they have been able to independently implement expertise through our training.<\/p>\n<p>Our knowledge and our experience should be available to people in need without restrictions in order to achieve long-term success in the respective projects. By promoting social skills, we also create a peaceful environment, even in circumstances such as war or natural disasters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The common values of IHMA are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoting neutrality in terms of ethnic origin, skin color, religion or political sentiment.<\/li>\n<li>Small, transparent, global projects in direct collaboration with local supervisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IHMA &#8211; international Human and Medical Aid &#8211; internationale humanit\u00e4re und medizinische Hilfe &#8211; arbeitet partnerschaftlich auch mit anderen, unser Kompetenzfeld, erg\u00e4nzenden Organisation zusammen, national wie auch international.<\/p>\n<p>Eine enge Zusammenarbeit besteht bereits mit Nepal, Indien, Afrika, der dominikanischen Republik. Ebenso f\u00f6rdern wir bereits Projekte in der europ\u00e4ischen Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfe und organisieren Hilfsg\u00fctertransporte nach Rum\u00e4nien und Bulgarien. In the tropical areas with special attention to the three most dangerous diseases: Malaria,   Tuberculosis and   HIV \/ AIDS.<\/li>\n<li>Training of local staff taking into account local practices, both in the medical field, as well as improving living conditions and nutrition<\/li>\n<li>WASH Projects (<b>Wa<\/b>ter, <b>S<\/b>antiation <b>H<\/b>ygienic). Through these diseases that are transmitted in poor hygienic conditions can be reduced. Improving sanitary conditions, as well as clean drinking water and personal hygiene, help to improve the overall hygienic situation and increase the quality of life.<\/li>\n<li><em>One of our biggest concerns is the care of infants, children and pregnant women. In doing so, we put the focus on mental and medical care. Supportive courses in infant care, as well as the treatment of childhood illnesses also belong to this area.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you are interested in participating directly in IHMA, we look forward to welcoming you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your options are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Member<\/li>\n<li>Active Member<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es gibt auch Vieles was sie neben oder au\u00dfer einer Mitgliedschaft leisten k\u00f6nnen.
